Built From Decades of Salon Experience
Bill and Ronit Enos have spent more than 30 years inside the salon industry.
They owned and operated their own salon, where they experienced firsthand the financial realities of running a beauty business. Ronit went on to become a recognized salon-industry leader and co-founder of Salon Cadence, working directly with salon owners on the challenges of building and operating stronger businesses.
Bill's experience centered on the financial and operational side. He developed financial systems for salon owners, worked with them on profitability and financial management, and helped develop the financial systems, calculations and technical content behind Profit First for Salons.
That combination of salon ownership, industry experience and financial work became the foundation for My Salon Books.
Why My Salon Books Exists
Over the years, we kept seeing the same problem.
Salon owners received financial statements every month but often didn't know whether the numbers were accurate, whether the books were structured correctly, or whether their bookkeeper really understood what was happening inside the salon.
